from my birthday last month. dear friends, desserts, wine, and good conversation on the front porch late into the night. opted for making this raw ganache cake and some rhubarb + pear galettes, since i really don't like typical birthday cake. it's the perfect cake for summer, no baking involved, served best chilled.
I'm glad we chose to live in this house, if for the long porch alone.
